Old News!

Ten years ago my husband & I relocated from Mountain View, CA, right in the heart of Silicon Valley, traffic galore & very, very high priced homes. Although the move was predicated by my husband's change of employment, it was clearly an opportunity for me to assist clients toward home ownership, many for the first time! I set out to provide what I call 'full service' or 'one stop shopping'. This area had a great deal of potential as I saw it.

As an experienced Loan Officer & Real Estate Agent I prequalified clients, assisting with credit issues if necessary, got their loans approved & then found them a home. This has been very rewarding years of my life! As I said many of my clients were first time homebuyers. Many of my clients have refinanced once or twice, sold their first homes & moved up to the home of their dreams all the while utilizing my on-going services. I so appreciate the business and loyalty.

It is a CHALLENGING market but opportunities still exist for Buyers of all stages in life! My goals have not changed and my company has grown slowly & carefully.
